I Accidentally Double Booked - Can I Reschedule One?
If you accidentally made two bookings, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We can cancel one and keep the other, or reschedule one to a different date. Refunds for duplicate bookings are processed within 5-10 business days.
Rescheduling Due to Emergency or Family Situation
