My Friend Can't Make It - Options Available
If someone in your group can't attend, you have several options: 1) Transfer the ticket to someone else, 2) Reschedule their spot to a future date, 3) Convert to a DIY home kit shipped to them, or 4) Request a refund (subject to our cancellation policy). Contact us to discuss the best option.
