Why is there a rescheduling fee even if we are sick?

As per our policy:

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
  • If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours, a $25 per person handling fee will apply.
  • This fee covers the cost of reserved materials and instructor scheduling. Payment can be made in cash during the workshop.
