Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy: More than 48 hours before workshop: Full refund. 24-48 hours before: Store credit or reschedule. Less than 24 hours: May be subject to cancellation fee. We also offer alternatives to cancellation including rescheduling, transferring to someone else, or converting to a DIY home kit.

Refund for Groupon Purchases
Groupon purchases must be refunded through Groupon directly, as they processed your payment. Contact Groupon customer support for refund requests. We can help reschedule your workshop or convert to a different date if that's more convenient.
Refund for Duplicate Booking
If you accidentally made duplicate bookings, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will cancel the duplicate and process a full refund. Refunds for duplicates are typically processed the same day we receive your request.
Refund for Missed Discount
If you forgot to apply a valid discount code during checkout, contact us with your order number and the code. If the code was valid at time of purchase, we may be able to apply a partial refund for the discount amount.
