More than 168 hours before workshop: Full refund.
Less than 168 hours-120 hours before: May be subject to cancellation fee.
Less than 120 hours before: Non-refundable. Store credit or reschedule option. 

We also offer alternatives to cancellation including rescheduling, transferring to someone else, or converting to a DIY home kit.
