How Long Do Refunds Take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1-3 business days. It then takes 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time. You'll receive email confirmation when we process the refund.
How to Request a Refund

Alternatives to Refund
Instead of a refund, consider these options: 1) Reschedule to any future date. 2) Transfer ticket to someone else. 3) Convert to a DIY home kit (shipped to you). 4) Receive a gift card (no expiration). These options often process faster than refunds.
Refund for Missed Discount
If you forgot to apply a valid discount code during checkout, contact us with your order number and the code. If the code was valid at time of purchase, we may be able to apply a partial refund for the discount amount.
Refund for Duplicate Booking
If you accidentally made duplicate bookings, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We will cancel the duplicate and process a full refund. Refunds for duplicates are typically processed the same day we receive your request.
Refund for Groupon Purchases
Groupon purchases must be refunded through Groupon directly, as they processed your payment. Contact Groupon customer support for refund requests. We can help reschedule your workshop or convert to a different date if that's more convenient.
