How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@mosaicartstudio.us with your order number and reason. Refund eligibility depends on timing: >48 hours before workshop = full refund, 24-48 hours = credit/reschedule, <24 hours = case by case. DIY kit refunds available for unopened/unused items.
