Return and Refund Policy for DIY Home Kits and Products

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged DIY home kit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund upon verification of the defect or damage.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Returns and Refunds
