Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Mosaic Art Studio, we operate on a ticket-based model for workshop sales, similar to cinema, plane, or concert tickets. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled event start time.
  • Partial Refund Cancellation: If you cancel between 168 to 120 hours (7 days to 5 days) before the event, up to 50% of the booking fee may be collected by Mosaic Art Studio as an administrative fee.
  • Non-Refundable Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event, including pop-up workshops, are non-refundable.
  • No Refunds on Event Day: Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the day of the class.

Refund Process

  • Credit Card or PayPal Payments: If you cancel within the policy guidelines, we will void your payment authorization, and no fees will be charged.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 10 working days.
  • Payment Confirmation: We recommend checking your bank statements to confirm the receipt of your refund. If you encounter any issues, please contact us or your bank for assistance.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Standard Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the event start time to avoid additional charges.
  • Late Rescheduling: If you request a reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled event start time, a handling fee of $25 per person will apply. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

If your cancellation or rescheduling request is within the policy guidelines, you have two options:

  1. Self-Service Option: After booking a workshop, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing a link that allows you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Simply access your booking confirmation email, click the link, and follow the steps to complete the process.
  2. Contact Us: If the self-service option is not working, please reach out to us directly for assistance. We will be happy to help you cancel or reschedule your booking if it falls within the policy guidelines. You can contact us via:

  • Workshop Changes: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative dates.
  • Private Events: For private events or customized workshops, specific cancellation and refund terms may apply. Please refer to your event agreement or contact us for details.
