Do I need to pay immediately, or can I reserve a spot and pay later?
To secure your spot, payment is required at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be held without payment.
Why is there a rescheduling fee even if we are sick?
As per our policy: Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the event. If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours, a $25 per person handling fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of reserved materials and instructor scheduling. ...
Can we bring food?
Yes! Feel free to bring your own snacks. We also serve Turkish tea and delights during the workshop.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We strongly encourage booking in advance, especially for our pop-up studios. However, for our Brick-and-Mortar Studios, walk-ins are allowed if there are available slots on the same day. Please call us at ? +1 888-899-7339 to check availability.
Do you have ASL instructors available?
We do not have ASL instructors on staff, but you are welcome to bring or hire your own interpreter if needed.
What is the minimum age requirement to join this event?
Participants must be at least 8 years old to attend.
Is this a BYOB event? Can we bring wine?
You are welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to our workshop.
