• Name on Booking is Wrong (Apple Pay / Payment Issue)

  If your booking shows a different name (such as from Apple Pay using a family member's account), don't worry! When you arrive at the workshop, simply provide the name on the booking and your order number. The instructor will check you in.

• Do I Need Any Experience?

  No experience required! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners. Instructors guide you through every step. We provide traditional Turkish patterns to follow, or you can create your own design. All ages and skill levels welcome.

• What Size Glass Globe Do I Need?

  Glass globe sizes vary by lamp style. Standard table lamps use 5" or 6" globes. Swan neck lamps typically use 6" globes. Our globes are open at the bottom to fit the lamp base. Contact us with your lamp style and we'll confirm the right size for you.

• Private Event Minimum Group Size

  Minimum group sizes for private events vary by location, typically 6-10 people. This allows us to reserve the space exclusively for your group. For smaller groups, you can book multiple spots in a regular public workshop instead.
