We’re thrilled to welcome you to an unforgettable experience at Mosaic Art Studio! Here’s a guide to help you prepare for a smooth, enjoyable, and inspiring workshop day.
Tips for Arriving
- In the days leading up to your workshop, you’ll receive a helpful email—and an SMS if you provided your phone number—with essential details about parking and directions to the studio. These messages will include a link to guide you directly to us.
- We highly recommend checking this link ahead of time to familiarize yourself with parking options and any special entry instructions. For some locations, you may need a digital key to enter, which we’ll provide in your email.
- Arriving 15 minutes early is a wonderful way to settle in, take a few photos, and enjoy a peaceful moment before the workshop begins. It’s a chance to get acquainted with our space and immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere.
Checking In
- Upon arrival, we’ll welcome you and confirm your name on our attendance list. While you wait for the workshop to start, please feel free to explore! Take a look at the vibrant colors, various materials, and sample projects around the studio to spark inspiration and get excited for what’s ahead.
Dress Code
- For the Mosaic Lamp Workshop, we want you to be comfortable, so wear whatever feels right for you—no formal dress code required.
- For the Water Marbling Workshop, we suggest choosing clothes that can handle a splash of color, just in case. Although aprons are provided, the nature of this workshop means that a bit of paint may find its way onto your clothing. It’s best to avoid light colors like white, especially for shoes, as some pigments may be more challenging to wash out.
Refreshments
- We’re delighted to serve Turkish tea and Turkish delight during your workshop, a little taste of tradition to accompany your experience with us.
- You’re welcome to bring additional snacks or non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy, but please keep in mind that strong-smelling foods may impact the studio environment.
- As for alcohol, this depends on the workshop location. Some of our pop-up studios are held in community centers, cultural spaces, or places where alcohol may not be permitted. If you’d like to bring an alcoholic beverage, feel free to check the location information on your booking page. Typically, if there’s no note about alcohol restrictions, it is allowed; however, you can always reach out to confirm for group events or any special requests.
If you have any questions or additional requests for the day of your workshop, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re looking forward to creating an inspiring, creative experience with you at Mosaic Art Studio!
