Note:
The price include all materials fee and tutoring fee.
All the lamps equipped with electricity and it come with wired in and US plug. We also provide energy efficient led bulbs with lamps
Duration
The duration varies based on the specific project, typically falling between 1.5 to 2.5 hours.
Age Limit
We kindly request a minimum age of 8 years old to ensure safety of the attendant as well as meaningful and engaging experience for all participants.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A cancellation must be made a full 120 hours(5 days) prior to the scheduled event start time.
If the guest cancels between 168 to 120 hours(7 days to 5 days) before the event, a maximum of 50% of the booking fee may be collected by the host as an administrative fee.
It is non-refundable when the cancellation is made less than 120 hours(5 days) before the event.
Reschedule Policy
A reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. We will charge $25/per person handling fee for rescheduling made within 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. It can be paid in cash during the workshop.
Important:
If the workshop attendance is less than four people, we may contact you to reschedule your booking 24 hours before the workshop start.
FAQ
Q: Can I make one lamp with two people?
A: You can make one lamp with two people, you can chose extra person when you make the booking. We will charge for additional $35 for the second person. It would be the price of "one lamp + $35" in total. Please choose 1 seat for any artwork option and 1 seat for "extra person". Then proceed to checkout.
Q: I can’t see the artwork options or dates well. Where can I see them?
A: After you choose a date and move next, you will be seeing every available artwork with prices. You may also scroll right to see the pictures of artworks with prices
Q: Can I change or upgrade my chosen artwork during the workshop ?
A: Unfortunately, the chosen artwork cannot be changed during the workshop since we only bring the materials ordered to the pop-up locations. If you’d like to upgrade your artwork, let us know at least a week prior to the workshop, pay a difference and get a confirmation.
Q: What materials are made of?
A: We use only the highest quality of materials in order to make sure the sustainability of the artworks made in our workshops.
You will be building your artwork with hand cut stained (not painted) glasses and glass beads where the color will never fade away.
The metal works on the lamps are made of zamak which is the mixture of zinc, aluminum, copper and magnesium with a special coating to eliminate rusting. Besides the lamps comes with wiring, US plug and led bulb.
Q: Do you organize private events?
A: Yes. We do organize private events. We request min expenditure of 800$, and if that threshold is not met, 200$ extra charge on top of the regular artwork prices.
