Square One Mall is located on Route 1 South (Broadway) in Saugus, directly across from Saugus High School. If you're traveling on Route 1 South, the mall entrance is just before the Essex Street / Melrose–Saugus exit.
As you enter the mall, you'll see Macy's on your right. There is ample parking both directly in front of Macy's and in the large parking lot beside it. For the easiest access, we recommend parking near Macy's and entering the mall through the Macy's entrance.
Once inside, proceed to the 2nd Floor and follow signs to S217. Parking is typically plentiful and easy to find in this area of the mall.

From Boston
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to I-93 North. Just past the TD Garden area, follow signs for Route 1 North / Tobin Bridge. Continue north on Route 1 into Saugus. Take the Essex Street exit (Melrose/Stoneham) and follow Essex Street over Route 1. Square One Mall will be on your right.
From Western Massachusetts
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to I-93 North, then follow signs for Route 1 North / Tobin Bridge. Continue north into Saugus and take the Essex Street (Melrose/Stoneham) exit. Follow Essex Street over Route 1, and the mall will be on your right.
From I-95 South
Take I-95 South to Exit 44 for Route 1 South. Continue on Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. Square One Mall will be on your right, about a quarter mile past the well-known Hilltop cactus landmark. The mall has three entrances directly from Route 1 into the parking area.
From I-95 North
Take I-95 North to Exit 44A for Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 South for approximately 5 miles. Square One Mall will be on your right, about a quarter mile past the Hilltop cactus landmark, with three convenient entrances into the mall parking lot.
Entrance
After parking, you can enter through the Macy's entrance and walk straight ahead to the mall's central area where the escalators are located. Alternatively, you can use the main mall entrance located farther down past Macy's. Either entrance will lead you to the main concourse.
Once inside, head to the escalators and proceed to the 2nd Floor, where you'll find S217.
