Referral Incentive Program - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Referral Incentive Program is open to all customers who have an active account with Mosaic Art Studio. By participating in this Program, both the referrer ("Advocate") and the referred friend ("Friend") agree to these terms and conditions.
2. How It Works
- Simply give your Friend the discount code or click 'Share Discount' to send them a direct link.
- When the Friend successfully uses their discount code, the Advocate will receive an email notification when the Friend makes a purchase.
- The discount applies to purchases of $80 or more.
- The Advocate will receive their $10 credit once the Friend’s order is fulfilled.
- The incentive received can be applied to future purchases of the Advocate.
3. Redemption and Limitations
- The discount can only be applied to a single order of $80 or more before taxes and shipping fees.
- The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once received, the cumulative credit can only be applied to future purchases by the Advocate.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
4. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
- Mosaic Art Studio reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any referrals suspected of fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms.
- Any attempt to manipulate or game the Program may result in forfeiture of earned rewards and potential account suspension.
5. Program Changes and Termination
- Mosaic Art Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
