My Lamp Is Not Working / Won't Turn On
If your lamp won't light: 1) Check bulb is properly inserted (not too tight - this can damage the socket). 2) Try a different outlet. 3) Check the on/off switch on the cord. 4) Try a new bulb. If still not working, contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement cord/frame.

What Bulb Size Does the Lamp Use?
Our lamps use 4-watt LED bulbs with an E12 (candelabra) base. This is a common size available at most hardware stores. We include one LED bulb with your lamp. For replacements, look for E12 base LED bulbs.
