I Booked Before a Sale Started - Can I Get the Discount?

If you booked your workshop before a promotional sale started, please contact us with your order number. Depending on the promotion terms and timing, we may be able to apply a partial refund for the discount difference. Sale prices cannot be retroactively applied in all cases.

    • Refund for Missed Discount

      If you forgot to apply a valid discount code during checkout, contact us with your order number and the code. If the code was valid at time of purchase, we may be able to apply a partial refund for the discount amount.

    • I Booked the Wrong Location

      If you selected the wrong studio location, contact us at hello@mosaicartstudio.us with your order number and the correct location. We will update your booking. Note that prices may vary between locations, so a refund or additional charge may apply.
    • I Accidentally Double Booked - Can I Reschedule One?

      If you accidentally made two bookings, contact us immediately with both order numbers. We can cancel one and keep the other, or reschedule one to a different date. Refunds for duplicate bookings are processed within 5-10 business days.
