How to handle if the customer didn't attend the workshop

We can offer the customer two options;

1. Customer pay for the rescheduling fee and we help customer to reschedule.

2. We send a DIY home kit. 

How to send DIY Home kit?

The customer requested a home kit instead of postponing the workshop, so we need to locate the order on Shopify. Once we have found it, we can initiate a return for the workshop product and add the new DIY home kit to the order. If necessary, we can request additional payment from the customer by sending an invoice or marking it as paid. It is important to ensure that the return is closed and does not require shipment. After this, we need to verify that the online fulfillment warehouse can see the DIY set order for fulfillment.
