How to Cancel My Booking

To cancel your booking, contact us at hello@mosaicartstudio.us with your order number. Cancellations made more than 7 days (168 hours) before the workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations within 168 to 120 hours (7 days to 5 days) may cancel but is subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable. You may receive store credit or reschedule option for your order.
