This guide will walk you through how to correctly apply your Groupon voucher when booking a workshop with Mosaic Art Studio.

Before You Start

Please make sure you have the following ready:

• Your Groupon voucher REDEMPTION CODE

• The number of seats included in your voucher

• The workshop location listed on your Groupon deal

⚠️ Important:

• Groupon vouchers are only valid for SELECT workshop locations that are in partnership with Groupon. Not all Mosaic Art Studio locations accept Groupon vouchers.

• Groupon vouchers can only be redeemed for the specific experience, location, and number of participants stated on the voucher.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply Your Groupon Voucher

Step 1: Visit Our Booking Page

Go to our website and navigate to the workshop that matches your Groupon deal.

Step 2: Select Date and Time

Choose your preferred workshop date and time, then click NEXT: Choose Projects.

Step 3: Select the Correct Number of Seats and Artworks

Make sure both the number of participants and the number of artworks selected match what is included in your Groupon voucher or more.

• Example: If your voucher is valid for 4 people, you must select 4 artworks or more.

⚠️ Important:

• If your voucher is for four people, at least four artworks must be selected or the discount will not apply.

• If only 3 artworks are selected with a 4‑person voucher, the voucher will not work.

• Selecting more or fewer seats or artworks may cause the voucher to be rejected.

Step 4: Enter Your Groupon Voucher Code

At checkout:

1. Look for the Promo Code / Coupon Code field

2. Enter your Groupon voucher code exactly as shown (no extra spaces)

3. Click Apply

If entered correctly, the discount will be reflected immediately.

Step 5: Complete Your Booking

Once the voucher is successfully applied, proceed to complete the booking form and confirm your reservation.

Voucher Code Not Working?

Please double-check the following:

• The voucher has not already been redeemed

• The workshop location matches your Groupon deal

• The number of seats selected matches the voucher

Trying to Book More Seats Than Your Voucher Covers?

If you’d like to add extra participants beyond what your Groupon voucher includes:

• Complete the booking using your Groupon voucher first

• Then book additional seats separately at regular price

• Groupon discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes or ongoing offers
