Everyone in the group needs to be in the same booking — the discount counts the seats in a single order.
If you don't see the discount, double-check that all the seats are in one order, that you're booking a public workshop (not a private event), and that you're booking between September 9 and October 31.
Do we all have to book together?
Yes. The discount counts the seats in a single order, so two friends booking separately won't trigger it. Easiest way: one person books for everyone. You don't need everyone's details up front — names can be sorted at the studio.
Can each of us make a different project?
Yes. Everyone picks their own artwork — table lamp, swan lamp, light box, whichever they like — and the discount applies to every seat in the order.
Our workshop date is after October 31. Does the discount still apply?
Yes. It depends on when you book, not when you attend. Book by October 31 and come in on any available date.
Can I combine this with a promo code, a referral code or a Groupon?
No — this offer can't be combined with other discount codes. Gift cards are different: you can still pay with a gift card balance.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes. Book the seats under the recipient's name and they'll receive the confirmation, or add a gift note at checkout. Gift card purchases themselves aren't discounted, but booked seats are.
Can I reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your workshop, free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email. The group discount stays with the booking.
What if someone in our group needs to cancel?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the workshop are fully refunded. Within 48 hours, we offer a reschedule credit valid for 90 days. If your group size changes, get in touch and we'll sort out the booking with you.
I booked before September 9 — can I get the discount on that booking?
The offer applies to bookings made from September 9 onward. If you're planning another visit with friends, that one will qualify — and feel free to reach out to our team if you have questions about an existing booking.
