Booking Process for the Mosaic Lamp Workshop

Follow these simple steps to book your Mosaic Lamp Workshop at Mosaic Art Studio:

1. Start Your Booking

  • Go to our website. On the homepage, look for any Book Now button, or go to the menu and select Book a Workshop.
  • Clicking on the booking button will take you to the Location Selection Page.

2. Select Your Location

  • On the Location Selection Page, find the location closest to you. Select this location to continue.
  • After selecting a location, you’ll be taken to the specific Workshop Page for that location (e.g., "Mosaic Workshops in Fort Heath, New Jersey").

3. Choose Your Date and Time

  • On the Workshop Page, scroll down to the Booking Calendar located just after the images.
  • Select your desired date from the available workshop dates.
  • Choose a session time from the options at the bottom of the calendar, then click Next to proceed.

4. Select Your Project and Number of Participants

  • On the next page, choose the project(s) you want to create and specify the number of people for each project.
  • For example, if two people are attending and one wants to make a Candle Holder while the other chooses a Table Lamp, simply select the quantity for each project accordingly.

5. Complete Your Booking

  • After selecting your projects and participants, proceed to checkout.
  • Follow the checkout steps to complete your booking and confirm your spot in the workshop.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your workshop. We look forward to seeing you at Mosaic Art Studio!

Note:

Projects must be selected in advance during booking. However, you may upgrade or change to a different project upon arrival at the studio. This option is available only for our brick-and-mortar studios.

For pop-up workshops, project changes on the workshop day are not available. If you need to change your project for a pop-up workshop, please contact us in advance or use the link in your booking confirmation email to make the change.



Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the booking process, here are some common problems and their solutions:

  • Problem: Unable to access the booking calendar.
    Solution: If the booking calendar is not appearing on the website, try clearing your browser cache or accessing the site from a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact us directly, as there may be a technical issue with the booking calendar.
  • Problem: Location or workshop option not showing.
    Solution: Visit the Location Page or click on the Book a Workshop button in the menu. Allow the website to access your location services to find the nearest studio. If location services are not allowed, you can still type your approximate location at the top of the map, which will show the closest studio. Alternatively, all available locations are listed at the bottom of the map. If no locations appear, it usually means there is no available location at the moment.
  • Problem: Session not showing in the calendar.
    Solution: If you’re trying to book a date two or three months in advance and no sessions are available, it means that we haven’t opened future dates for booking yet. This often occurs with pop-up studios, as we need to secure booking confirmations in advance and may have limited availability. We will open future dates as soon as they are confirmed, so please check back later or contact us for updates.
  • Problem: Didn’t receive a booking confirmation email.
    Solution: Booking confirmation emails typically arrive within 1 to 10 minutes. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email still isn’t there, feel free to contact us for assistance.
  • Problem: Issues with payment or checkout.
    Solution: Double-check your payment information and ensure your card or payment method has available funds. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance. You can also reach out to our support team for further help.
  • Problem: Need to change the booking or project selection.
    Solution: For brick-and-mortar locations, you may upgrade your project on the workshop day. For pop-up locations, changes must be made in advance. Use the link in your booking confirmation email to make any changes, or, if the link is not working, contact us at least 24 hours before the workshop so that our instructor can bring the necessary materials to the pop-up studio.
