Cancellation Policy for Private Events
Please note that a notice of at least 120 hours (5 days) before the start time is required for cancellations to a scheduled Private Event.
If the cancellation is made between 168 to 120 hours (7 days to 5 days) before the event, the host may collect an administrative fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.
Please be informed that cancellations made less than 120 hours (5 days) before the event are non-refundable.
